Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire hotel.
Parking: We offer free private parking; however, please ensure you reserve your spot in advance.
Pool: Enjoy our small, shallow outdoor pool, open year-round from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times to prevent accidents.
Concierge: Our 24-hour staff speaks both Spanish and English and can assist you with express check-in/check-out, as well as information regarding transportation, tourist activities, and Tren Maya travel.
Private Transportation: If you are visiting without a vehicle, don’t worry. We offer taxi services and can organize transfers to cenotes, archaeological sites, and the airport. We can even create a personalized tour for you for an additional fee.
Bicycle Rental: Bicycles are available for rent.
Housekeeping: We provide daily housekeeping upon request from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. For guests staying multiple nights, bed linens and towels are changed every two days.
Private Bathroom: Each room features a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, towels, and complimentary toiletries.
Accessibility: We have an accessible ground-floor room for wheelchair users. If you have specific needs, please contact us in advance.

Reservations & Payment: You may book by contacting the hotel directly or by using the information found under the "Book Now" button at the top of the page. Please note our 24-hour cancellation policy for any changes to your reservation. Upon check-in, please present a valid ID and a credit/debit card. While we accept card payments, please be aware that a small additional commission may apply. All payments at the hotel are made in Mexican Pesos (MXN) at the current exchange rate. A valid Visa or Mastercard is required to hold your reservation after 5:00 PM (17:00 h). Additionally, please remember that local taxes are not included in the final price.
Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. To prepare for your arrival, we kindly ask you to inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance. If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know; we will do our best to accommodate you (subject to availability).
Extra Guests: For everyone's safety, only registered guests are allowed access to the rooms. A fee of $150.00 MXN will be charged for each additional person..
Quiet Hours: We kindly ask our guests to respect our quiet hours from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Private Parking: We offer free private parking, but advanced reservations are required.
No Smoking: All of our rooms are 100% smoke-free. We have a designated area for those who wish to smoke.
